介绍了罗拉布轮抛光机的结构、工作原理以及运用PLC和变频器作为电气控制器件的调试过程,解决了传统继电器控制电路调试难、改变系统运行过程时线路更改工作量大、不容易操作的问题,整机运行稳定、可靠、故障少,使用效果良好。
This article introduced the structure and working principle of a roller polishing machine,as well as the debugging process of electric control system based on PLC and inverter,solving the problem in traditional relay circuit.The operation of the machine is stable and reliable,with favorable results.
