CePO_4:Dy^(3+)微纳米纤维的制备及其荧光特性的研究 被引量:1

Preparation and luminescence properties of CePO_4:Dy^(3+) micro-nanofibers

摘要 采用高压静电纺丝技术和高温焙烧制得CePO4:Dy3+微纳米纤维。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)及荧光光谱(PL)等测试手段对纤维的表面形貌、纯度、晶型及荧光性质进行了表征。SEM测试结果显示经过1100℃焙烧,纤维直径减小到150 nm左右。XRD测试结果显示焙烧温度越高,样品的结晶性越好,其晶相为单斜晶相,与国际标准数据库No.83-0650基本吻合。FTIR测试结果与XRD测试结果相吻合。荧光光谱测试显示样品具有较好的荧光性质,尤其是发射光谱展示了Dy3+的4F9/2-6H15/2,4 F9/2-6 H13/2标准跃迁并表明发射强度在一定浓度范围内(摩尔分数为0~5.0%)随着Dy3+掺杂浓度的增大而增强。 One-dimensional CePO4 micro-nanofibers doped with Dy3+ were prepared by using electrospinning technique and high-temperature calcinations.Their structures and optical properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and photoluminescence(PL) spectra.SEM images indicated that the diameters of fibers were reduced to 150 nm when the samples were calcined at 1 100 ℃.XRD results showed that the crystallinity of CePO4:Dy3+ micro-nanofibres become better with increased calcination temperature and the micro-nanocrystals are the monoclinic phase.The results of FTIR agreed well with the results of XRD.The PL spectra showed considerable enhancement of photoluminescence,especially the emission spectra of CePO4:Dy3+,which exhibited the characteristic emission of Dy3+ in 4F9/2-6H15/2 and 4F9/2-6H13/2 transitions and showed that the emission intensities increase with the concentration of Dy3+ increasing in the range of zero to 5.0 %.
