摘要
工作环境满意度评价是一个复杂的、系统的综合问题,具有因素多、模糊性强、不便于概括等特点。运用模糊数学方法建立模糊综合评价模型,可以作出比较全面、客观、准确的评价。通过评价结果可知,当前大学生村官对其工作环境满意程度不高,尤其是在上级领导管理、工作回报等方面,需要进一步提升和完善。
The evaluation of work condition satisfaction is a complex and systematic synthesis problem with too much factors,strong fuzziness and inconvenient summarization.The fuzzy mathematics method was used to establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which could make a more comprehensive,objective and accurate evaluation.The evaluation showed that the satisfaction of current college-graduate village officials on the working condition was not high,especially in the superior leadership and working rewards,which need to be further improved and perfected.
