摘要
农村劳动力文化水平不高、信息获取能力不强已成为制约城乡统筹发展的主要因素。结合西方城乡统筹发展的经验提出建立图书馆联盟、建设图书馆数据库和组建业务综合小组等措施,以提高农村整体信息水平,促进农村快速发展。
Poor education level of rural labor force and poor ability of information obtaining are main constraint factors for the development of urban and rural areas.Moreover,combining with western experiences of balance urban and rural development,the measures for establishing library alliance and library data base as well as business comprehensive group were put forward to improve rural overall information level and enhance the development of country rapidly.
