太湖东部地区利用太湖建设备用水源地的研究 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,我国城市水源地突发事件总体呈逐年上升趋势,水源问题的紧迫性和重要性使得水源地保护日趋成为政府与公众关注的焦点。面对突发性城市水安全事件的威胁,在科学管理、尽量避免水安全事件发生的同时,加强城市应急水源地的规划与建设是必由之路。太湖东部地区人口稠密、经济发达、土地利用程度高,水源地源水既易受风浪及藻类污染影响,又受太湖蓄洪、水资源配置等制约。如何结合当地水资源环境的现状和水源水质的特点,建立可靠的备用水源日益提上了地方政府的议事日程。阐述了太湖东部地区利用太湖中水质时空分布差异及围垦遗留物建立备用水库的可行性与科学性,为减少污染事故的损失及提高供水保障率提供了新的思路。 In recent years,the emergency of China's city water sources show increasing trend,and the urgency and importance of water source make water source protection become the focus of government and public increasingly.Facing the threat of emergency water security incident,besides the scientific management aim to avoid water security incident,strengthening urban emergency water source planning and construction is the only way.There were high population,developed economy and intensive land utilization extent in east Taihu Lake,together with the effect from waves and algae pollution,water resources also restricted by Taihu Lake flood storage and water resources allocation.How to combine local water resources environment and water quality characteristics,setting up reliable emergency water source increasingly has been put on the agenda of the local government.This paper expounds the necessity,scientific and feasibility of using Taihu Lake to construct emergency water source in eastern region of Taihu Lake,which provide new ideas for reducing pollution accident loss and safeguarding water qualification.
