摘要
目的:观察中药阴道冲洗结合局部抗真菌药物应用对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗作用。方法:157例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中药阴道冲洗结合局部应用硝酸咪康唑栓。对照组采用碳酸氢钠冲洗阴道结合局部应用硝酸咪康唑栓。对其疗效进行判定。结果:治疗组治愈率为71.1%,总有效率98.8%,均显著高于对照组的治愈率54.1%和总有效率89.2%,差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:中药阴道冲洗结合局部用药可更好的治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病。
Objective：To observe the effects of vaginal irrigation using traditional Chinese medicine combination with local application of antifungal drugs on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods：157 patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Vaginal irrigation by traditional Chinese medicine and local application of Miconazole Nitrate Supositories were used in the therapy group.Vaginal irrigation by sodium bicarbonate combination with local application of Miconazole Nitrate Supositories was used in the control group.The curative effects were observed.Results： The cure rate was 71.1% and the total effective rate was 98.8% in therapy group which were highly than that the cure rate 54.1% and total effective rate 89.2% in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusions： Vaginal irrigation using traditional Chinese medicine combination with local application of Miconazole Nitrate Supositories might be a useful method in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis
