摘要
目的了解泰安市非结防机构对肺结核患者的转诊和结核病防治机构对转诊未到位肺结核患者的追踪情况,为泰安市结核病防制策略制定提供参考依据。方法对2005～2009年"中国疾病预防控制信息监测系统"和"结核病管理信息系统"以及"泰安市结核病防治规划月报表"中各县(市、区)非结防机构网络直报肺结核患者转诊追踪相关数据进行综合分析、评价。结果 2005～2009年,全区6个县(区)非结防机构共报告可疑肺结核患者5363例,转诊到结核病防治机构2052例,转诊到位率38.26%;结核病防治机构追踪到位2502例,追踪到位率75.57%;转诊与追踪总体到位4554例,总体到位率84.92%。结论泰安市应加强医疗机构和结防机构在肺结核患者发现、转诊和追踪工作中的协调、管理,加强对结核患者的结核病防治知识宣传教育,提高肺结核患者发现的有效措施。
Objective To known the conditions of the non - TB control institutions of Tai＇an City to refer pulmonary tuberculosis（ TB ） patients and TB control institutions to track tuberculosis pat/ents, to provide reference for TB prevention and control strategy of Tai＇an City. Methods The data of the non - TB control institutions reported the TB patients referral and tracking with net was comprehensive analyzed and evaluated from 2005 through 2009, which was from China Disease Preven- tion and Control information monitoring system, the TB management information system and tile month reports on TB control program. Results The non - TB control institutions of Tai＇an City reported 5363 patients with suspected tuberculosis, referral 2052 cases, the rate of proper referral was 38.26%, the TB control institutions tacked in place 2502 cases, the rate tracking in place was 75.57%, the referral and tracking the whole place was 4554eases, the overall arrival rate was 84. 92%. Conclusion Tai＇an City has to strengthen the coordination and management relationship between medical and TB control institutions in TB patients found, referral and tracking, and strengthen TB propaganda and education for patients,to improve TB case detection and effective measures.
