摘要
多电平逆变器通过对直流侧的分压和开关状态的不同组合,实现多电平阶梯波输出电压,能有效地提高逆变器系统容量和耐压水平,减小输出电压谐波和开关损耗。三电平逆变器以其优越的性能已逐步成为了大容量,高电压电机调速的主要实现方式之一。以二极管箝位型(NPC)为研究对象,分析了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制三电平逆变器的算法原理,最后给出了用MATLAB仿真的仿真结果。
Through separating pressure of dc and different combination of switch state,multi-level inverter realizes multi-level ladder wave output voltage,which can effectively improve capacity and voltage pressure levels of inverters,and reduce the output voltage harmonic and switching losses.Adopting NPC as research object,this paper analyzes the algorithm principle of SVPWM,and finally presents the simulation results of MATLAB.
