摘要
药品价格过高是造成医疗保障支出过快增长的一个重要原因。在基本医疗保障制度即将全面覆盖城乡居民的时代背景下,医疗保障系统各个要素对药价合理化有关键影响,药品价格合理化的推进,就是重建医疗服务供方的激励机制,实现医疗保险机构、医疗服务供方、参保人员与政府利益的"兼容"。
High drug price is one of the main reasons leading to escalated health insurance expenditure.Each element of health insurance system have key impact on drug price rationalization in universal health insurance era.The rationalization of drug price means to reconstruct the incentive mechanism of medical service supplier,and fulfills compatibility among the insurer,medical service supplier,the insured and government.
