血清胆红素水平与冠心病关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来大量研究表明,胆红素抗氧化活性可抑制低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的氧化修饰,并能清除氧自由基从而防止动脉粥样硬化,降低冠心病的发生率。现就血清胆红素水平与冠心病关系的研究进展综述如下。1胆红素的来源与代谢人体内胆红素主要来源于衰老的红细胞,
