摘要
采用高温固相法,在碳粉还原条件下制备了SrSiO3:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉蓝光发光材料。研究了Eu2+的掺杂浓度对样品发光性质的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱等手段对样品进行物相、形貌和光谱等性能的表征。研究结果表明,样品为单斜晶体,样品颗粒呈花束形;该荧光粉激发光波长在紫外和可见光的范围内,属于连续带状谱,峰值分别在308、359和420 nm处,发射光谱是一宽带谱,峰值位于470nm处;Eu2+的摩尔浓度为0.07时发光性能最好,是一种新型蓝色长余辉发光材料。
The long afterglow blue luminescence materials SrSiO3:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ are prepared by solid state method with the powdered carbon.Effects of the doping ions Eu2+ content are studied.The tructure,morphology and spectra properties of the samples are characterized by XRD,SEM,UVand PL-PLE spectra,respectively.The results show that sample SrSiO3:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ is monoclimi structure;the sample pellet is like the bouquet of flowers excitation spectrum is broad in ultraviolet and visible regions;the peaks are 308 nm,359 nm,420 nm respectively,emission spectrum is a broadband one,and the peak is 470 nm;the best molar concentration of Eu2+ is 7mol%.The sample SrSiO3:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ is a new type of long afterglow blue luminescence materials.
