摘要
目的:探讨建立药师干预门诊处方合理用药的机制,落实《处方管理办法》。方法:建立处方点评工作表,发展兼职临床药师,采用多级药师评审制度,抽取2009年1月-6月与2010年1月-6月门诊各12000张,分为干预组和对照组,针对门诊处方的安全性、有效性以及经济性进行干预。结果:对比诊断与用药、平均每张处方用药品种数、抗茵药使用百分率、注射剂使用百分率、国家基本药物占处方用药的百分率、平均每张处方金额,干预后与对照组比较,各方面都有所改善。结论:经干预后门诊处方合理性提高,干预方法有效。
Objective： To establish a reasonable pharmacist intervention in outpatient prescription drug mechanism, the implementation of ＂prescription management.＂ Methods： Prescription comment sheet, the development of multi - level part- time pharmacist clinical pharmacist evaluation system, taken in January 2009 - 6 month and in January 2010 - 6 12 000 each month out - patient clinics, were divided into intervention and control groups for out- patient prescription safety, effectiveness and economy to intervene. Results：Comparison of diagnosis and medication, the average number of drugs per prescription, percentage of antimicrolbial drug use, injection use the percentage of the national essential drugs accounted for the percentage of prescription drugs, the average amount per prescription, compared with the control group after the intervention, all aspects improved. Conclusion： The intervention increased outpatient prescription reasonable, and effective interventions.
