摘要
目的评估氨溴特罗口服溶液对儿童呼吸道感染的止咳、化痰、祛痰效果。方法将2009年7月—2010年6月间确诊为急性呼吸道感染有咳嗽、咳痰症状的2岁以上小儿180例,随机分为观察组90例,对照组90例,比较氨溴特罗口服溶液、复方磷酸可待因口服溶液两种药物5d有效率。结果氨溴特罗口服溶液组临床症状总有效率(咳嗽90%,痰量及黏稠度71.1%)均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氨溴特罗口服溶液用于儿童呼吸道感染止咳、祛痰疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in treating children with cough.Methods One hundred and eighty children,more than two years old,with accurate respiratory tract infection with symptoms of cough and phlegm were randomly equally divided into two groups：observation group and control group in July 2009-June 2010.The five days effective rate of both groups were observed and compared.Results The improving-rate of clinical symptoms（90.0% in cough and 71.1% in phlegm） of observation group were apparently better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution has reliable effect in treating and relieving cough and phlegm in children with accurate respiratory tract infection.
