摘要
目的 探讨工娱疗法辅助常规药物治疗的作用。方法 对４６ 例精神分裂症患者进行常规药物治疗的同时，结合工娱疗法治疗。以ＳＡＮＳ，ＢＰＲＳ，ＮＯＲＳ量表为评定指标，进行观测。结果 一年后，治疗组三种量表得分均明显下降，疗效明显优于对照组。结论 工娱疗法辅助治疗十分有效，尤其对阳性症状消失而阴性症状粘连的患者更为有效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of working therapy affiliated with routine therapy. Methods: When 46 patients were treated with routine medical methods, they were treated with working therapy. They were evaluated with SANA, BERS and NORS scale and were compared with control group. Results: After one year of treatment, the scores of the three scale of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: The working therapy is very helpful in treating the schizophrenic patients.
