摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将所选110例患者随机分为两组，对照组50例给予西医常规综合治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟平喘汤。结果：治疗组临床控制24例，显效26例，有效7例，总有效率95％；对照组临床控制13例，显效15例，有效11例，总有效率78％，两组临床疗效有显著差异，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：中西医结合可有效治疗支气管哮喘，且临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma in the integretive medicine. Methods： To divide 110 cases of patients into two groups randomly, 50 cases of the control group was treated by common Western medicine, on the bases, the treatment group was added Pingchuan decoction to treat. Result： The treatment clinically control for 24 cases, makely cured for 26 cases, effective for 7 cases, the total effective rate for 95%; The control group clinically control for 13 cases, makely cured for 15 cases, effective for llcases, the total effective rate for 78%, the effect of the two group had significant difference, the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion： The integretive medicine can treat bronchial asthma, and clinical effect significant.
