摘要
目的观察健膝汤配合透明质酸钠关节内注射液对膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法对45例患者采用自拟健膝汤内服,日一剂,日服两次,连服3周。配合常规膝关节炎穿刺注射透明质酸钠,每周给药一次,每次2 ml,连续给药3周;并设对照组进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为85.7%,经χ2检验,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟健膝汤及透明质酸钠注射液对膝骨关节炎的疗效确切。
Objective Observing the efficiency of the Rehabilitation knee soup with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection of knee osteoarthritis curative.Methods 45 patients were adopted to simulation from Rehabilitation knee soup orally,day a dose,taken twice a day,even three weeks.Cooperate with conventional knee arthritis puncture injection toumingzhisuan sodium,drug weekly once time,every time 2 ml,continuous dosing 3 weeks.And establish the control group were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 95.6% and 85.7% respectively,via χ2 inspection,two groups of significant（P0.05）.Conclusion From fitting rehabilitation knee soup and sodium hyaluronate injection of knee osteoarthritis definite effect.
