摘要
目的了解本科护生临床实习初期压力源与自我效能感现状及两者的相关性。方法采用自制的本科护生临床实习压力源问卷及一般自我效能感量表对170名本科护生进行问卷调查。结果本科护生临床实习初期压力源依次为:自身知识与技能、工作性质与内容、自身及就业、病人护理、教学组织与管理、医院环境与人际关系;一般自我效能感总均分为(2.57±0.46)分,高于中间分2.5水平;各压力源得分与自我效能感均呈负相关(r=-0.61^-0.30,P<0.001)。结论本科护生临床实习初期压力源与自我效能感呈负相关。护理教育工作者应重视培养临床实习本科护生的自我效能感,加强本科护生实习前护士职业素质及护理操作技能培训,实习中尤其是实习初期的心理支持,提高本科护生的自我效能感,以减轻临床实习压力,提高实习质量。
Objective To probe into the relation between stressors and self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates during their initial stage of clinical practice.Methods A total of 170 nursing undergraduates were surveyed with General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES) and a self-designed stressors questionnaire.Results The stressors in their initial stage of clinical practice included the followings in sequence: knowledge and skill,jobs,employment,patient nursing,teaching organization and management,environment of hospital and interpersonal relationship.The score of GSES of nursing students was(2.57±0.46) which was above the moderate level of 2.5.There was negative correlation between each stressor and self-efficacy of nursing students(r=-0.61^-0.30,P0.001).Conclusion There is negative correlation between stressors and self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates during their initial stage of clinical practice.Importance should be attached to enhance self-efficacy and professional quality of nursing of nursing students.Psychological support is expected during their practice,especially in the initial stage,so as to relieve the pressure of nursing students.
