摘要
目的:探讨CT、MRI与DSA对颅内海绵状血管瘤的定性、定位的诊断价值。材料和方法:收集了经手术病理证实的26例颅内海绵状血管瘤的CT、MRI和DSA的影像特点。结果:CT对26例颅内海绵状血管瘤均做出了100%的准确定位,而定性准确率为7.4%。MRI对兀例患者均100%准确定性、定位。DSA定位准确率为38.4%,定性准确率为0%。结论:MRI对颅内海绵状血管瘤诊断价值优于CT和DSA。
Objective: To probe into diagnostic value to nature and loality of encephalic sponginess angioma in CT、MRI and DSA.Materials and Methods:We collected 26 patients with encephalic sponginess angioma approved by postoperative pathology,all the patients were diagnosed by CT、MRI and DSA.Result: For all the 26 patients,locality veracity of CT to encephalic sponginess angioma is 100%,but veracity of nature is 7.4%,locailty and nature veracity of MRI is 100%.For DSA locality veracity is 38.4%,but nature veracity is 0%. Conclusion:MRI diagnosis to encephalic sponginess angioma is superior to CT and DSA.
