摘要
社会工作岗位设置意义重大,既是构建和谐社会与改善民生的需要,也是社会福利制度改革的需要,更是提升和巩固社会工作专业化和职业化水平的需要。从具体实践来看,杭州市试点地区或机构的社会工作岗位设置,或者着眼于完善社会工作人才使用体系,或者着眼于健全科学长效的运作模式,或者着眼于社会工作岗位的分类设置。未来杭州市的社会工作岗位设置,可围绕着指导思想、基本原则以及近期的工作设想等问题采取相应的对策。
It has a great significance to set social work job.lt is the needs of both building a harmonious society and improving people's livelihood. It is also the need of reforming the social welfare system. what's more,it's the need of enhancing and consolidating the social work's level of professionalism and speciafization.From the specific practice ,we can see Hangzhou's pilot areas and the institutions' social work job's setting are focus on improving the system of using social workers or improving scientific long-term mode of operation or exploring the social work job's setting based on the core work.In the future, Hangzhou's social work job's setting can take corresponding strategy arounding the guiding ideology,the basic principles and the issues of recent work.
