摘要
以传感器特性的测试为背景,分析目前传感器课程教学实验环节中存在着设备缺乏、资金投入太多等问题,进行了虚拟压力传感器标定实验的研究。讲述了虚拟仪器的软件开发平台Labwindows/CVI和传感器的静态特性等基础知识,介绍了基于Labwindows/CVI虚拟压力传感器静态标定仪的设计与开发。通过测量和绘制线性度、迟滞、重复性曲线,来实现压力传感器静态参数的标定.接着详细地描述了用Labwindows/CVI语言实现激波管虚拟测试平台的过程,最后给出激波管虚拟实验平台对压力传感器动态特性的测试结果,实现传感器的动态标定。
Against the background of measurement of sensor's characters,this article analyses the problems which are the equipment shortage and large investment in sensor's teaching courses at present,and introduces the study of virtual pressure sensor's calibration experiment,also introduces the sensor's characteristics.This paper expounds the Labwindows/CVI as the software environment of virtual instrument,and also the sensor's characteristics.It introduces the design and development of virtual pressure sensor static calibration instrument on the basis of Labwindows/CVI,and completes the calibration of pressure sensor's static characters through measuring and plotting graphs of linearity,hysterics,and repetition.Then the paper describes the course of making shock tube virtual testing system with the language of Lab windows/CVI in detail.At last,it gives the result of virtual dynamic testing by shock tube virtual testing system to achieve the dynamic calibration of pressure sensor.
