血清同型半胱氨酸水平的测定在急性冠状动脉综合征中的临床价值

摘要 目的通过检测血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的含量,探讨HCY与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的相关性及HCY致ACS的病理机制。方法选择我院2008—2009年心内科住院ACS患者38例为ACS组,心内科门诊诊治稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者30例为SAP组,以体检中心健康体检者41例为健康对照组。采用微粒子酶免分析法测定HCY的含量。结果ACS组HCY水平明显高于SAP组,有显著性差异(P〈0.01);ACS组、SAP组均高于对照组(P〈0.01)。多因素回归分析表明,HCY为心血管疾病的独立危险因素。结论血清HCY水平越高,其冠状动脉病变程度越严重,HCY可作为判定心血管患者冠状动脉病变稳定性指标之一。 Objective To study the Correlation between HCY and ACS,also the pathological mechanism by HCY. Methods 38 inpatients with ACS were chosen in the Department of Cardiology and Yanggu hospital from 2008 - 2009 as ACS group, 30 outpatients with SAP in the Department of Cardiology as Sap group ,41 healthy cases as control group .The levels of HCY was ctermined by Micropardcle Enzyme Immunoassay. Results The Lerels of HCY in ACS group were significantly higher than those in the SAP group and there significant Difference between the two group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; ACS group and SAP group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Based on multifactorial logistic regression analysis, HCY was believed as an independent Risk factor for ACS. Conchlsions The higher lever of HCY is, the more severe the coronary artery lesion is. HCY might be one of the stability parameters in coronary artery lesions.
