摘要
文章分析了当前大学生弱势群体的弱势特征,提出了由弱势向强势转化的理由以及图书馆人提高服务质量和水平的努力方向。提出了将信息素养作为转变大学生弱势群体的重要途径的原理和实施方法。
This article analyzes the disadvantaged features of the disadvantaged group among college students and puts forward the reasons why the losing trend turns into the strong rising tendency and the direction toward which librarians try to improve the quality of service.The article also introduces the principle and methods that the information attainments change the disadvantaged group,which is of progressive importance to some extent.
