摘要 分析了国内外几种主流温拌沥青技术的研究现状。采用克拉玛依炼厂副产品自主研制了KWB型有机降粘温拌剂,并就其对基质沥青常规性质、粘温性能、流变性能、低温脆点等性能的影响及与不同基质沥青的适应性进行了对比研究。试验表明:KWB型有机降粘温拌剂不仅具有良好的降粘效果,而且对常规性质、低温性能没有负面影响,同时还有助于提高基质沥青胶结料的低温延伸度和高温抗车辙性能,对不同基质沥青胶结料具有良好的适应性。 The research present condition of several major domestic and international warm - mix - asphalt technology was analyzed in this paper. The organic viscosity additives of KWB was developed independently by using by - product of Kelamayi refinery, Which were studied contrastively on the influences on the performance of regular properties, viscosity - temperature characteristics, theological properties, britdeness temperature of base asphalt and the adaptabilities with different asphalt binder. It was shown that the organic viscosity additive of KWB for warm - mix - asphalt not only performs well on reducing viscosity of base asphalt binder, hut also had no negative impact on regular properties and low - temperature performance. Furthermore, it also improved the ductility at low temperature, and anti -rutting performance at high temperature of base asphalt hinder, with a good adaptability to different asphalt binder.
