摘要 对含热透镜的固体激光器谐振腔进行理论分析,得到等效谐振腔的G参数,分析讨论G参数随泵浦功率的变化,给出了不同腔型输出功率的变化情况。采用Tm:YAP激光器作为研究对象,由实验验证了不同腔型激光输出功率的变化,得出对平平腔固体激光器而言,短腔适合高功率输出的结论。 The solid state laser resonance cavity with thermal lens is analyzed,the G parameters of resonance cavity are obtained,changing G parameters with the pumped power are analyzed and discussed,and the changes of output power of the different cavity are presented.By studying the Tm:YAP laser,the changes of output power of different cavity are validated by the experimental results.To the plane-plane cavity solid state laser,a conclusion that short cavity is appropriate for high power output is obtained.
