摘要
山东电网500 kV输电线路防覆冰舞动治理,对于同塔双回线路,采用安装相间间隔棒的防舞治理措施。在分析整串相间间隔棒结构的基础上,对容易发生破坏的子导线间隔棒的结构进行了优化设计,联合金具及合成绝缘子厂家,研制出一种新型子导线间隔棒,其机械性能除满足普通分裂导线间隔棒性能外,还充分考虑线路舞动时,相间间隔棒的轴向拉(压)载荷,试验结果证明各项机械性能指标均满足设计要求,已广泛应用在山东电网的舞动治理线路上。
According to the anti-galloping experience in 500 kV transmission lines in Shandong power grid,phase to phase spacers were adopted in double circuit lines to damp galloping.After analyzed the structure of the whole string of phase to phase spacer,we optimized the structure of sub-conductor spacer.Cooperated with fittings and composite insulator manufacturers,we developed a new type of sub-conductor spacer,whose mechanical properties not only meet the performance of sub-conductor spacer,but also meet the requirements of galloping treatment.Test results shows that the mechanical properties of this new kind of subconductor can meet the design requirements,and they have been widely used in Galloping treatment of 500 kV Lines in Shandong Power Grid.
