摘要
阐述了对全水分、收到基水分、计质水分和计量水分的理解,以实例详细分析了发热量计价中有关水分的问题,指出对于煤炭以发热量计价的供需合同,在签订有关全水分的内容时应包含计质水分和计量水分。
The understanding on the total moisture,moisture as received coal,the quality and accounting of moisture was discussed and the problem related to the moisture on the heat valuation was analyzed in this paper.Moreover,for the contract of supply and demand valuated by the heat,its contents related to the total moisture should conclude the quality and accounting of moisture.
