摘要
以 α甲基丙 烯酸甲酯 和2乙基 己醇为原 料,采用 酯交换方 法合成 甲基丙 烯酸2乙基 己酯.试 验中考察 了反应 时间、原料 配比、催 化剂与阻 聚剂的 种类及用 量对反 应收率的影响 .对反应 结果进行 定量分 析,并用红 外光谱 和核磁共 振法对合 成的产 物进行结 构确定 .得出 了合成甲 基丙烯 酸2乙基己 酯较好的 工艺路 线.
By using methyl \%α\% methacrylate and 2 ethylhexanol as raw materials, 2\|ethylhexyl \%α\% methacrylate was synthesized through transesterification. The effect of reaction time, material ratio, species and amount of catalyst and inhibitor on reaction yield was investigated. The reaction results were quantitatively analyzed. The structure of synthesized product was determined by IR and NMR.A proper technical condition for synthesis of 2 ethylhexyl \%α\% methacrylate was given.
