加拿大铀矿业分析及与我国合作前景

摘要 加拿大是世界铀资源超级大国,铀矿床以品位高、储量大而闻名世界。在我国核能源快速发展背景下,了解加拿大的铀资源特征,有助于我国铀勘查思路的创新及资源勘查与贸易市场政策制订。论文阐述了加拿大铀资源分布、铀勘查投资与生产史、铀市场行情与贸易及相关铀矿业政策。我国在实施铀资源"走出去"战略方面应该充分重视加拿大,重点应放在获得加拿大更多份额的长期铀供应合同方面,在铀矿业政策相对宽松的省或领地,兼顾合作或合资铀勘查和开发、或租赁土地和申请矿权从风险勘查做起等为辅的合作方式。 Canada is the world's major uranium resources,which deposits are known as higher grade and larger reserve.It is essential that understanding of Canadian uranium mining industry is useful for us formulating uranium exploration thread and establishing orientation of policy in resources survey and market trade.Canadian uranium history of survey,discovery and production,uranium market and trade,and uranium mining policy are illustrated.Our "going global" strategic orientation should focus on extending uranium supply volume of long-term agreement with Canada as far as possible,at the same time,it is an important supplementary means of cooperation or joint investment in uranium exploration and mining,or starting risk mineral prospecting from lease land and application for mineral right in relatively loose province or territory in Canada.
