摘要
根据山区公路桥梁高墩、大跨、跨河(路)的特点,以汤河桥为例,对其现浇箱梁支架进行了设计和结构分析。汤河桥现浇箱梁支架承德端高程较低的一跨采取碗扣式脚手架、高跨采用战备器材组拼的墩、梁方案,并进行了支架结构强度及稳定性的分析,为山区高速公路现浇箱梁支架体系的施工提供了参考依据。
With the Tanghe Bridge as a practical example,and the characteristics of the bridges in mountainous regions,such as being high in piers,large in spanning distance,and spanning rivers or roads,etc.,taken into account,the design and the structural analysis of the supporting systems for the cast-in-place box girders are dealt with in the paper.The supporting system for the lower span of the cast-in-place box girders of the Tanghe Bridge at the Chengde end is of the upside down bowl-type bracket,while the higher span uses the piers made up of type-83 pier,type 65 pier,and military girder equipment,the structural strength and the stability of which are analyzed in the paper.The project may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar supporting structures for highway bridges in mountainous regions.
