摘要
21例多发性骨髓瘤患者的外周血和骨髓的单个核细胞,同时用免疫组织化学和两步法半筑巢式多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术进行分析,检出5例(24%)细胞周期D_1蛋白高表达,4例(19%)bcl-1基因重排.该4例bcl-1基因重排的患者都高表达细胞周期D_1蛋白.5例细胞周期D_1蛋白高表达的患者都具有较晚的临床分期、骨髓中瘤细胞比率较高、化疗效果差等特点.
The rearrangement of bcl-1gene and the expression of cyclin D] protein in peripheral blood and marrow mononuclear cells in 21 multiple myeloma (MM) patients were simultaneously analyzed by using immunohistochemistry method and hemi-nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR). 4/21(19%) MM patients displayed bcl-1 rearrangement by PCR and 5/21 (24%)MM patients showed cyclin D1 overexpression by immunohistochemistry method. All 4 cases of bcl-1 rearrangement had overexpression of cyclin D1 protein, bcl-1 rearrangement and(or)cyclin D1 protein overexpression was a poor prognostic marker for MM patients. Five cases of cyclin D1 protein overexpression were characterized by advanced clinical stage .a highly disseminated tumor,and the refractoriness to standard therapy.
