摘要
中国的大学已经快速步入高等教育大众化时代,在现代互联网海量信息的开放大背景下,现代大学如何谋划发展,地方高校如何结合自身优势和特点,找准在国家高等教育大系统和行业院校中的位置,需要高校管理者彻底转变传统思想观念,探索提高人才培养质量的新途径,根据国家目标和区域经济社会发展需求,开展科技创新和社会服务,用务实的精神制定适合地方院校的可持续发展规划。
The universities hav entered into the popularization stage of higher education.How to plan the development of modern university and combine its own advantages and characteristics with local university have become the important issue.Managers of universities should change traditional ideas to improve new ways of cultivating college students and locate its position according to the national goal and the development need of regional economics and society.It is the essential task to carry out technological innovation and social services and make suatainable development plan for local universities with practical spirit.
