摘要
旅游业为旅游者提供食、住、行、游、购、娱等多种服务,是世界上发展潜力最大的产业之一,具有极强的综合性。电子商务作为一种新型的商务方式在近年来发展迅速,其体现的开放性、低成本和高效率等特征,使其超越了作为一种新的经济形式所具有的价值,对整个现代经济生活产生巨大而深远的影响。而旅游业和电子商务则存在着一种天然的适应性,两者之间互相吸引、紧密结合。本文主要讨论发展电子商务能够为我国旅游企业带来的竞争优势以及在发展过程中存在问题和障碍并提出对策。
Tourism,which provides tourists with food,housing,transportation,travel,shopping,entertainment and other services,is one of the world's largest potential industries with strong integrity.E-commerce as a new way of business has got rapid development in recent years,the embodiment characteristics of openness,low cost and high efficiency make it go beyond the value of economy as a new form,which has an enormous and far-reaching impact on whole modern economic life.The tourism and e-commerce have a natural adaptation and attracted and combined with each other.This article mainly discusses e-commerce can bring competitive advantage to tourism enterprises in China and based on the the problems and obstacles in the development process,solutions are also proposed.
