摘要
随着建筑业的飞速发展,新型建筑不断出现,管理模式随之也发生改变。施工企业在施工过程中既要保证建工程的质量、安全等方面的要求,又要尽可能多的创造经济效益。而实现这个目标的方法只有一个,就是提高建筑工程的施工管理。文章从当前建筑工程最重要的几个环节出发,对如何加强建筑工程施工管理进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of the construction industry,along with new types of building structures appeared,management changes have taken place.It is necessary for the construction enterprises to ensure the quality of construction and safety requirements,but also to create economic benefits as much as possible in the construction process.There is only one way to achieve this goal that is to improve building construction management.Started from several most important aspects in the current construction,how to strengthen construction management is described.
