摘要
裁切部件是切纸机的核心部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到裁切的质量。通过理论分析确定切纸机基本参数,在Pro/E中建立仿真模型,然后利用有限元软件进行动态仿真分析,以获得更佳的运动形式。以防止刀床与机架发生共振为目标进行了优化分析,得机构的的最优参数。
The cutting parts is the core component of printing machine,whose performance will directly affect to the cutting quality.The paper established the basic parameters by theoretical analysis,to build simulation model with Pro/E,then proceed dynamic simulation analysis with finite element analysis,as a result to obtain better movement form.Based on the goal of preventing the bed to resonance with the fuselage,the optimal values of the structure were obtained through the optimization analysis.[Ch,8 fig.11 ref.]
