摘要
内攻搜救是指搜救小组进入着火建筑内部运用消防装备、搜寻和救助技战术方法,将火场上遇险人员搜寻到、解救至安全区域,或通过改善受困人员生存环境避免伤亡发生的战斗行动。首先对人员密集场所的概念和范围进行界定,分析了内攻搜救必要性和危险性,最后借鉴国外较为成熟的消防内攻搜救技术方法,重点研究了定向搜救技术方法以及火灾情况下的搜救战术方法。
Inner rescue is the action that rescue group enter into building on fire,by firefighting equipment and search and rescue tactics,rescue people in danger from fire to safe area,or aviod injury by improving living environment of people.Assembly occupancy and its range were defined firstly,then the necessity and dangerous were analysed,and oriented rescue tactics were mainly discribed.
