摘要
随着中国老年人口的迅速增加,失能老年人口长期照顾问题日益突显,传统的家庭方式或养老院等机构不能提供充分的服务。研究表明,社区养老——中国式社区照顾模式建立具有必要性,探讨适合老年人需要的长期照顾的社区照顾模式,建立长期照料服务体系是涉及每一个社会成员的重大民生工程。
With the rapid development of Chiness aged population, the problem of long term care for disabled aged population is becoming more and more serious. Traditioanl family or nursing house cannot offer enough service. Researches indicate the necessity to establish communities that care for aged people, a model of Chinese community care. This paper also discusses the community care model which is suitable for aged people in long term. Establishing long term care service system is a project for people that is related to everyone.
