摘要
采用ICP—AES法测定了FeNiMo软磁合金中钙的含量,应用现代统计学理论对其分析结果进行了不确定度评定,分析了误差源及各误差源对总不确定度的影响,确定了测定结果的置信区间。
The Ca content in soft magnetic alloy FeNiMo was determined by ICP-AES. The sources of uncertainty in process of determination of Ca were analysed. The mathematics model was established. The components of standard uncertainty, combined standard uncertainty, and expanded uncertainty were calculated.
