摘要
用Instron 3 2 11型毛细管流变仪对遮光阻燃增强PBT的流变行为进行了研究 ,测定了流变曲线、表观粘度和活化能。结果表明其熔体属于非牛顿性的假塑性流体 ,其表观粘度与温度的关系符合Arrhenius规律 ,粘流活化能为 16~ 2 0kJ/mol,并讨论了其加工特点。
The rheological behaviours of antiglaring and flame retardant PBT(RGF-PBT)were studied by means of Instron 3211 capillary rheometer.The apparent viscosity,viscous flow activation energy and rheological curves of RGF-PBT have been obtained.The results showed that RGF-PBT was a non-Newtonian and pseudoplastic fluid. The relation between apparent viscosity and temperature followed Arrhenius equation.The viscous flow activation energy was 16~20kJ/mol. It was analysed to contact with features of process.
