摘要
目的:以广州市越秀区大东街为例,通过定期的社区义诊,深入基层,了解社区居民的基本健康情况及疾病分布,从而确立相关的治疗原则等。方法:通过参加社区义诊这种方式,主要为当地居民提供量血压、艾灸、拔火罐、按摩及建立健康档案等服务。结果:定期的社区义诊,已经深得老百姓的认同,在社区卫生保障体系的建立方面,具有一定的重要性。结论:社区义诊,一方面能提高居民的健康保护意识,是针对慢性病治疗及季节流行病预防的一种可行途径。同时,在一定程度上,能增加医学类学生的动手机会,提早接触社会。
Purpose： taking the gratuitous treatment in the Dadong Street,Yuexiu District, Guangzhou as an example, by gratuitous treatment regularly, we go into the grass -roots organizations, and have more understandings about the health condition of the community residents and the distribution of disease in the community, by this way, we can establish the relevant therapeutic principles and so on. Methods：by taking part in gratuitous treatment, we give services such as measuring blood pressure, moxibustion, cupping, massage and set up health records. Result ： giving gratuitous treatment regularly, which has a common recognition in the residents ,has some importance in the establishment of community health system, conclusion ： gratuitous treatment, on one hand, can improve the health of the residents protection consciousness ,on the other hand,it is a feasible way to treat chronic disease and prevent epidemic of the season, meanwhile, to a certain extent, it can increase the chance for medical students to practice and access the society early.
