水平井限流法分段压裂技术研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 研究了低渗透油藏水平井地应力及岩石力学特征,结合水平井地应力计算方法,确立了限流法射孔参数的优化方法,提出了水平井限流法分段压裂的射孔位置选择和施工参数设计方法。阐述了水平井限流法分段压裂设计与实施关键工艺环节,并对水平井压裂诊断进行了评价。结合史127-平1井、商75-平1井两口水平井油藏实际和方案要求,利用水平井限流法分段压裂原理和分析方法,进行了压裂方案的优化,并进行了现场实施,取得了较好效果。 The low permeability reservoirs in horizontal wells and the characteristics of rock mechanics were studied,in combination with calculation of in-situ stress of horizontal wells,the parameters of optimization method of limited entry perforation were established.The methods of selecting the perforation locations and its parameters design with limited entry and staged fracturing were proposed.The key technical processes of the method was denoted,and the fracturing diagnosis in the horizontal wells was evaluated.In combination with the actual reservoir requirements of Wells of SHI 127-P1 and SHANG 75-P1,the method of limited entry and staged fracturing is used for optimizing the fracturing program and for field application,better effect is obtained.
