摘要
本文深入分析了当前党的群众工作面临的严峻和复杂形势,对党的群众工作的社会环境和对象的变化,以及在此变化中的困境和原因进行了全面、深入、客观的阐述。在此基础上提出改进和完善党的群众工作的系统应对建议。所揭示的各种矛盾和问题应引起各级党的部门高度重视并引以为鉴,所提建议对加强和改进新时期党的群众工作具有重要借鉴意义和参考价值。
This paper analyzes the pressing and complex situations for the current mass work of the Party.It comprehensively,deeply,and objectively elaborates the changes of social environments and objects for the Party＇s mass work,and the predicaments and their reasons in the course of these changes.Thereafter,systematic remedial proposals are provided to improve and optimize the party＇s mass work.The disclosed contradictions and problems should arouse great attention and warning for each rank of the party＇s organs.The proposals are of significant reference values to strengthen and improve the Party＇s mass work in the new era.
