摘要 目的探讨握力在胃肠道肿瘤患者营养评价中的应用。方法选择胃肠道肿瘤患者188例,测量左右手握力,分析握力与人体测量指标、实验室指标、基础代谢值、及NRS2002评分的关系。结果胃肠道肿瘤患者握力与人体测量指标、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白及基础代谢值显著相关(P<0.05),存在营养不良风险(≥3分)的患者比无风险(<3分)的患者握力测量值低(P<0.05)。结论握力可作为胃肠道肿瘤患者简便、快捷、无创的营养评价指标。 Objective To study the application of grip strength in nutrition assessment of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients with gastrointestinal cancer were enrolled in this study.Grip strength of their both hands was measured.Correlation between grip strength and anthropometry,laboratory findings,resting energy expenditure(REE) and NRS2002 score was analyzed.Results The grip strength of patients with gastrointestinal cancer was highly correlated with the anthropometric variables,ALB,PA and REE(P0.05).The grip strength of patients with a NRS2002 score ≥3 was much lower than that of those with a NRS2002 score 3(P0.05).Conclusion Grip strength can be used as a simple,rapid and non-invasive indicator for nutrition assessment of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
