MRI在肛瘘诊断中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨MRI在肛瘘诊断中的影像表现及应用价值。方法收集24例肛瘘患者行MRI冠状位、矢状位及横轴位T1加权序列、T2加权序列、T1脂肪抑制序列、T2脂肪抑制序列平扫或Gd-DTPA增强扫描,检查结果与手术对照。结果 4例为单纯性肛瘘,20例为复杂性肛瘘。MRI可直接显示瘘道内口、位置,瘘管的走行及其分支,检查结果与手术结果一致。结论 MRI在肛瘘诊断中具有无创伤性、高准确性的特性,能准确评估肛瘘形态、走行及与肛门内外括约肌、肛提肌的关系,较其他影像检查方法具有独特优势,对临床选择正确的治疗方法具有重要意义。
