摘要
研究了以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚为主要原料,与乙醛反应,在一定的条件下,取代缩合生成2,2'-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)的方法。考察了投料比、反应时间、反应温度及催化剂的选择等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当2,4-二叔丁基苯酚:乙醛的最佳物质的量比为2∶1.2,反应时间5.5 h,反应温度91~93℃时,以盐酸为催化剂,2,2'-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)的收率达92%。用红外光谱对产品结构进行了表征。
2,2'-ethylene-bis(4,6 di-tert-butyl-benzene phenol) was synthesized from 2,4-di-tert-butyl-benzene phenol and acetaldehyde.The effort of all factors on the reaction including the catalyzer,the mixture ratio of 2,4-di-tert-butyl-benzene phenol and acetaldehyde,reaction time as well as reaction temperature.The results indicate that the optimal mol-ratio n(2,4-di-tert-butyl-benzene phenol) : n(acetaldehyde)=2∶1.2,the optimal reaction is 5.5h,the optimal temperature is 91~93℃.The product was identified by IR.
