邻氨基苯甲酸改性双氰胺的制备与表征研究 被引量:1

摘要 以邻氨基苯甲酸为基本原料,合成了一种新型的双氰胺衍生物——邻双胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐,讨论了反应条件对合成的影响,并通过熔点、FT-IR1、H-NMR和UV表征了产物结构。结果表明,邻双胍基苯甲酸盐酸盐适宜的合成条件为:邻氨基苯甲酸对双氰胺的物质的量比为1.5、盐酸与邻氨基苯甲酸的物质的量之比为0.6、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为6.0 h;在此条件下,o-CPBGH的收率为37.8%。UV分析表明,o-CPBGH在197 nm、240 nm和272 nm有3个明显的紫外吸收峰。 A new kind of intermediate 1-(o-carboxyphenyl)biguanidine hydrochloride was synthesized by o-aminobenzoic acid as raw material under different conditions.The product was characterized by melting point,FT-IR,1H-NMR,UV spectrum.Experimental results indicated that the suitable conditions for the synthesis of o-CPBGH were as following: the molar ratio of dicyandiamide to o-aminobenzoic acid was 1.5,the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to o-aminobenzoic acid was 0.6,the reaction temperature was 60℃ and the reaction time was 6.0 h.Under these conditions,the yield of product was about 37.8%.Result of UV analysis showed there were three adsorbing peaks at 197 nm,240 nm and 272 nm,respectively.
