摘要
以急支糖浆和双黄连口服液浓缩过程为例,测定不同温度以及密度下药液的电导率,并尝试将电导率与密度、温度相关联,获得较好的拟合结果,提出了利用电导率测定在线检测和即时反馈控制中药生产的新方法,这使得中药浓缩终点判断更为准确可靠,也为中药生产现代化中的质量控制提供了技术支撑。
A novel method to judge the end-point of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) concentration process by on-line conductivity detection was developed.The influence of density and temperature on the conductivity was systematically studied for two TCM extracts: Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and acute bronchitis syrup.A mathematical model was proposed to correlate the conductivity with density and temperature and the results were satisfactory.This work enabled the use of conductivity and temperature measurements to identify the end-point of TCM Concentration process more precisely.
