摘要
采用传统的浸酸、铬鞣工艺进行鞣革,对比微波辐照前后铬鞣革的物化性能,并通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和原子力显微镜等仪器来研究微波对皮胶原纤维结构的影响。结果表明,微波的辐照可以使皮革的收缩温度平均提高2.5℃,pH值为2.7~3.9之间时,皮革撕裂强度值平均可增加7.5 N/mm,从显微观察的结果也可以看出,在此pH值范围内,微波的作用可以使皮胶原纤维更加分散和有序。这些结果表明微波辐照可以使铬鞣革性质发生改变。
In this study,traditional pickling and chrome tanning process are used.The changes of physical and chemical properties were compared before and after microwave irradiation,in addition,the effect of microwave on the structure of collagen fibers was studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscope.The results show that microwave irradiation can make leather shrinkage temperature increase 2.5 ℃ on average,when the pH value is 2.7 to 3.9,leather tear strength increases 7.5 N/mm on average,from the microscopic observation results also can see,in this pH range,after microwave role,the fibers are more decentralized and orderly.The results showed microwave radiation can improve tanning properties.
