摘要
研究了 Ｆ Ｃ Ｎ Ｎ（ 模糊细胞神经网络） 的全局稳定性，应用 Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ 函数，建立了 Ｆ Ｃ Ｎ Ｎ 全局稳定的充分条件。
