血容量监测在评估血液透析患者干体质量中的作用

摘要 血液透析患者中约20%发生低血压,甚至发生严重血管并发症如脑梗死、心肌和肠系膜缺血等,而慢性水潴留则会引起顽固性高血压、脑出血、心力衰竭等。血容量监测能更好的控制透析患者水分,达到最优化的干体质量状态,进而预防透析中各种并发症。近年,各国学者关于血容量监测在评估干体质量应用方面作了很多研究,现综述如下。
