摘要
二滩工程是全面采用国际招标制、工程监理制和业主负责制，并由业主自主运营的大型水电站，也是按现行规定通过国家安全鉴定和蓄水验收的工程。在水库初次蓄水期，实现了工程安全的动态监测与评价。笔者介绍了不同监测阶段的工作目标、工程安全鉴定程序，蓄水期动态监测与评价工作的组织情况。
Ertan Hydropower Plant is a large scale one, and the owner is responsible for its operation. International bidding, construction supervision, and owner's responsibility have been adopted for the construction of this plant. It has passed successfully the state safety verification and filling acceptance. During the initial reservoir filling, dynamic safety monitoring and appraisal were conducted. In this paper described are the monitoring objectives at different stages, the safety verification program, and the organization of dynamic monitoring and safety appraisal during the initial reservoir filling.
